We Have a Name!

Erik and I had a few hours in the car to finally get down to business and discuss baby names on our way home from the beach last week. It wasn't too painful. We found one that really stuck out to us with a good story behind it. After a week of walking around thinking of it and saying around the house I think it's a keeper!

_ _ _ _ _!

That's the closest you will know of it until the day she is born. heehee. Middle name is still yet to be determined though.

So if you've been saying it around the house--we can maybe milk it out of Alexia or Caleb?

Just kidding.

Can't wait to hear the name and the story! I would guess, but it's way too hard.

Any hints? Can I buy a vowel?

so....looks like too many blanks for "Savannah" or "Anastasia"...so... I wonder what the "story" is....you all are so mysterious...guess we made too much fun of your names you thought of "before children", huh? Well, can't wait to meet "Whatchamacallit"!

Can't wait to hear the name. You should add one letter every month... to keep us guessing. :-)

Ok, 5 letters...are we allowed to start guessing? Is there a prize if we get it right? How exciting this is going to be:

1) Sarah
2) Emily
3) Hanna

I'm offering three guesses for now, but I have to say I love the idea of adding one letter a month...you could even do it out of order so you don't give too much away....

Miss you!

Aunt Betty says....aw shucks! You and Cherilyn are just TOO much...not telling your names before hand....like the add a letter a month idea....Meghann had us guess the name of their first but since then have told us names....helps me not call the baby "it" too much!

Caleb's swimming pics are adorable! And of course, loved all the family ones....

Oh, I already have a few guesses by the way...but I won't be helping give anything away...

My mom made that comment above I think because I told her that's one reason for us not to tell the name-- people seem to have no problems giving their true thoughts on the name before baby is born--but afterwards, they usually won't tell their true thoughts if they're not good--just talk about it behind our backs...
that's my philosophy anyways...
